Render pipeline as for the visualizations: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop. That keeps the floor plan visually consistent with your interior renderings when combined, one cohesive look rather than a style break.
In projects with multiple units, consistency matters most: the same furnishing logic, material palette, and viewing angle across all units, so exposé and price list read as one coherent set. The process is built exactly for that, from a single plan to the complete unit set of a new development.
Delivery is a high-resolution image file, ready for portal upload, PDF exposé, and print. On request, complemented with room labels, floor areas from your plan data, or a north arrow. If 3D isn't required, there's a leaner alternative: the 2D floor plan treatment, turning the architect's plan into a clean, furnished marketing graphic.

Briefing and plan
You send me the 2D floor plan (CAD or PDF) and a style direction: modern, classic, Scandinavian, etc.
Furnishing draft
A first draft shows furniture choice, arrangement, and material palette. You decide which variant is taken further.
Final
After your sign-off, I render the plan finally and deliver it at the agreed resolution.

How does a 3D floor plan differ from a classic 2D floor plan?
A 2D floor plan shows walls and dimensions in top view. A 3D floor plan adds furnishing, materials, and a slightly tilted perspective, so room size and use become clear at a glance. For pure dimensioning the 2D plan stays useful; for marketing, the spatial version is usually the more accessible one.
Do I need finished CAD files, or is a PDF enough?
A CAD file is ideal but not required. A dimensioned PDF floor plan works as a basis too, as long as measurements and layout are clearly readable. That keeps the model to scale.
What happens if the floor plan still changes?
Minor plan changes can be incorporated as long as the base model is in place. That is why a plan that is as final as possible at the start helps. Later adjustments to walls or furnishing are possible and are agreed anew depending on scope.
