What a 3D floor plan delivers
A classic 2D floor plan shows dimensions. A 3D floor plan adds furnishing, materials, and proportions. That makes it immediately clear how large a room actually is and how it can be used.
Render pipeline as for the visualizations: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop. That keeps the floor plan visually consistent with your interior renderings when combined, one cohesive look rather than a style break.
In projects with multiple units, consistency matters most: the same furnishing logic, material palette, and viewing angle across all units, so exposé and price list read as one coherent set. The process is built exactly for that, from a single plan to the complete unit set of a new development.
Delivery is a high-resolution image file, ready for portal upload, PDF exposé, and print. On request, complemented with room labels, floor areas from your plan data, or a north arrow. If 3D isn't required, there's a leaner alternative: the 2D floor plan treatment, turning the architect's plan into a clean, furnished marketing graphic.
Where 3D floor plans are used
Exposés and listing portals
Directly usable for listing portals and your exposé. Buyers grasp the layout at a glance, without having to read dimension chains and plan symbols.
Developer marketing
You show how a unit looks furnished long before move-in. Especially helpful in larger projects with multiple unit types.
Furnishing and layout variants
One apartment in multiple furnishing options, as decision aid or inspiration for prospective buyers.
Complement to interior renderings
Pairs with interior visualizations: the plan shows the layout, renderings show eye-level views. Together a complete picture of the apartment.
Complete new-build projects
All units of a development as one consistent floor plan set for exposés, price lists, and sales material. One style, one scale, one look across the entire project, even at 20 or 30 units.
How a 3D floor plan is made
Three steps, typically within one to two weeks.
- 01
Briefing and plan
You send me the 2D floor plan (CAD or PDF) and a style direction: modern, classic, Scandinavian, etc.
- 02
Furnishing draft
A first draft shows furniture choice, arrangement, and material palette. You decide which variant is taken further.
- 03
Final
After your sign-off, I render the plan finally and deliver it at the agreed resolution.
