I create architectural visualizations in Lübeck: photoreal exterior and interior renderings, virtual staging, 3D floor plans, 360-degree views and animations. My studio is based in the Hanseatic city, my clients are property developers, project developers and real estate agents. I work on projects in Lübeck and the northern German metropolitan region, and nationwide remotely. One contact person, from plan review to the final image.

What I visualize for your project

The building in its surroundings, with daylight, planting and a link to the neighborhood. The first impression in the exposé.

Apartments and rooms furnished and staged so buyers can imagine living there.

Empty or unfinished rooms furnished digitally, without real furniture and without renovation.
- 3D Floor Plan→
The floor plan as a spatial view with furnishing, easier to grasp than any 2D plan.

Why a visualizer from the region
If you build and market in Lübeck or Schleswig-Holstein, working with me means short paths. I am based here, I know the northern German building typology and the marketing practice of regional developers, and I am quickly available for coordination or an on-site meeting.
The real difference, however, is not the distance but the way of working. You have one contact person, not an agency pipeline. I evaluate your plan set myself, coordinate intermediate stages directly with you and deliver images designed for marketing, not just for pretty views. Exposé, floor plans, price lists, the whole context of property marketing is familiar to me because I regularly deliver it alongside.
And the region is not a limit. For projects across Germany I work remotely, the plan set arrives digitally, and I deliver the finished images.
How a project works

Plan review
You send me the plan set and references. I review floor plans, elevations and material specifications and clarify open points directly with you.

Draft (clay)
You first see the scene without materials from the right perspective, so that camera and composition are right before going into detail.
- 3
Two review rounds
You give feedback, I adjust. As a rule, two rounds are enough to finalize the image.
- 4
Delivery
You receive the images in resolutions for web and print, ready to use for exposé, portal and website.
Who is behind the images
I am Philipp Poschmann, an architectural visualizer with a studio in Lübeck. I hold a bachelor's degree in architecture and have worked in visualization since 2018. My tools are 3ds Max, V-Ray and Photoshop. I work on my own, which means you always talk to the person who actually builds your images.
