LUCIA LIVING

New-build ensemble of three buildings with apartments and commercial space – exterior and interior visualizations for marketing.

LUCIA LIVING is taking shape at Schützenplatz in Lüneburg, on the site of the former Lucia knitwear factory. The development comprises 32 condominiums from 58 to 162 m², ranging from two-room apartments to the two penthouses overlooking the rooftops of the Hanseatic city. Completion is scheduled for 2027.

All of the marketing material came from a single source: exterior visualizations of the buildings, an aerial overview of the site, interiors from living area to penthouse, plus short animations for web and social media and exposés with floor plans for all 32 units.

The visual language follows the developer's brief: bright and high-end, but not sterile. The renderings are in use on the project website, where the exposé for each apartment is available for download.
